Looking for a bite to eat before or after class? Here are three local restaurants for tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner options!

Boss Bagel

Located on North New Braunfels Avenue in the Sunset Ridge Shopping Center, Boss Bagel is ready to serve all of  your breakfast needs. It is the perfect breakfast or brunch spot that is known for their wood-fired bagels, sandwiches, coffee, & tea. You can enjoy items from savory salmon sandwiches to vegan bagels with dairy-free cream cheese. Boss Bagel has options suited for everyone’s taste buds! They are currently open from 7 AM to 2 PM on Monday through Friday. On the weekends, their hours are 7 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Pho Kim Long

On the corner of McCullough Avenue and East Olmos Drive lies a hidden gem for some of the best Vietnamese food in San Antonio, Texas. Pho Kim Long is a casual and affordable place to dine with a large range of classic Vietnamese food and other Asian dishes. They have your standard favorite sides like egg drop soup, spring rolls, steamed dumplings, egg rolls, and more classics. However, their showstoppers are the delicious bowls of pho and the amazing banh mi sandwiches. These dishes are guaranteed to warm your heart after a bad day! Pho Kim Long is currently open from 11 AM to 9 PM daily, except for when they are closed on Tuesdays.

Barbaro

Your new favorite pizza spot is on the corner of McCullough Avenue and East Huisache Avenue. Barbaro is a small, rustic joint with a full bar that serves wood-fired pizza with tasteful toppings. The brick walls and cozy atmosphere bring the perfect vibe for a chill evening out. The delicious sides of burrata and garlic knots perfectly pair with the creative cocktails and other drinks! Barbaro also has happy hour every single day from 4PM to 6PM where select drinks and pizzas are half off. Barbaro is currently open from 4 PM to midnight from Monday through Thursday, and 11 AM to midnight on Fridays through Sundays. They also offer a brunch menu from 11AM to 3PM on Saturday and Sunday.
