Miss Night and Day – [TV-14] – Netflix – This drama contains humor, romance, and some edgy thrills as Lee Mi-jin works under a prosecutor investigating mysterious murders and a possible serial killer. All the while, hiding the fact she magically switches between her 20ish and 50ish year-old bodies when night turns to day and vice versa.

3. Welcome to Waikiki – [TV-MA] – Netflix / Tubi – Just interested in some laughs? Highly recommend the dynamic and hilarious drama centered on three young men living in a guesthouse struggling to achieve their dreams despite being broke and problem magnets.

4. Strong Girl Bong-soon – [TV-14] – Rakuten Viki – Although she comes in a small package, Do Bong-soon packs quite the Marvel punch. A woman who possesses superhuman strength gets hired as the personal bodyguard of the baffled CEO of a gaming company.

5. Mr. Queen – [TV-MA] – Netflix / Rakuten Viki – If you like comedy and romance mixed with historical period this one’s for you. When modern day chef Jang Bong-hwan almost dies, he ends up getting trapped in the body of the queen during the Joseon era. This gender-bender drama has hilarious beats as he works to return to his time while finding himself falling for the king.
